    Established in  earlier part of  18th Century 

    Registered Under UMEED Act 1995 as Waqf No.122 A+B in Bihar State Sunni Waqf Board Patna. 

    The Sufi Saint Hazrat Sheikh Kabir Darvesh was the founder of this endowment in the early 17th century.
    The Khanquah received imperial patronage over time, with the first Farman (Royal decree) issued by Emperor Farrokhsiyar on dated-14-03- 1717, followed by another Farman from Emperor Shah Alam II on Dated-13-10-1762. Additionally, grants were also conferred by local chieftains and Nawabs & others in 1714, 1716, 21-01-1733, 1744, 1753, 1837, 08-02-1851, affirming the Khanquah’s status and support.

Hazrat Syed Shah Anzaruddin Ahmad Sajjada Nashin Khanquah Kabiria has amendment acre's  of land in the list of government revenue department as well Bihar State Sunni Waqf Board Patna.

The Bihar Waqf Act 1947 and under the provision of this act a Board in the name of "Bihar subai shia Majlish-e AWQAF" was constituted. Registration dated 14-11-1949 Under Waqf Estate 122 A+B and Registered in Indian Government Sub-Section(2) U/S 8 of MSME Act 2006
